The Missouri High School Helmet Project

A previous post indicated the "Tigers" was of an old gold color, on both sides of the helmet, this should remain the same for the years through the 1981 season. The 1982 season was a redesigned Tigers logo that was white in color and will be posted in the forum under "Hisorial Helmets" as a new design. The 1983 season used the same logo as the 1978-1981 seasons, only white in color. Mid-Year the changed from a white to the blaack facemask as well. The attached photo is from a freshman in the year of 83-84.

I will make the necessary corrections and add this helmet to the site...I'll do that as soon as I can...

Thanks very much for the picture and information...As you've probably noticed, Marceline and Brookfield are the two schools I have the most complete histories for from late 50's to now...
