Old Grain Valley helmet info

Old Grain Valley helmet info

Hey Mike,

I found an old picture of the Grain Valley logo. The "GV" logo was white on a blue helmet (same color helmet that St. Pius X - Kansas City uses.). It was on both sides of the helmet. There were 3 stripes down the middle of the helmet. The two outside stripes were white and the middle stripe was carolina blue. This was their helmet in 1986 and 1987. If you need any more info let me know.

Thanks for the info....Now I will have more time to get things done....I'm back to my old job that actually gives us time off...I'm looking forward to it...

Back to the helmet...Are the stripes spaced apart or are they together so the helmet color doesn't show? Also, what color is the facemask?

I'll work on it this coming week...

Mike,
Sorry about that. The stripes had space between and the facemask was white. I'm also close to getting some info on the helmet they had before that, I just need to check out my older sister's yearbooks to verify all the info. lol

1986-1987 Grain Valley helmet completed...Just added it to the site...
